U.S.A. SHIPPING
1. We do not provide any different carrier or shipping method than what you see on checkout.
2. We do not use customer's shipping account numbers for payment of shipping costs. Click here for more infomation about terms of sale and payment.
3. We will always try and combine for shipping more than one purchased product. However, certain exceptions may apply depending on the kind and/or size of merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse combining certain items. To combine more than one product in shipping, they must be purchased with the same purchase order, unless other approved arrangements by the seller have been made.
4. We ship on regular business days; Monday through Friday. Be aware when selecting shipping service that shipping carriers do not consider Saturday, Sunday or observed holidays as working or business days.
5. When purchasing merchandise on checkout, insurance is not provided at this time with United States Postal Service. However we reserve the right to purchase insurance coverage at time of shipping. Receiver of package may need to sign for package if USPS insurance is included.
6. We reserve the right to make adjustments to shipping methods or cost, and cancel orders if this policy and the Terms & Conditions policy are not followed by the purchaser.

U.S. Customers Requiring Drop Shipping
We do not ordinarily Drop Ship orders even though we may ship to a different location requested on check-out in shipping section. If you would like Drop Ship service, you must first request it by telephone call before you make the order or include the request in the "Add Comments About Your Order" section when checking out with your order. The following will be sent with the merchandise on Drop Ship orders: A packing slip with Alan's Sales headers cut off. Information included on the packing slip are, Sold To, Ship To, buyer's (your) phone number and email address, Payment method, Order number, Order date, Products, quantity, and model. We cannot change this format. The shipping label may require Alan's Sales return Name and Address.
Business cards or other promotional information will not be included in the package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Except for USED fuses, all sales are final on used products. No returns, exchanges, replacements, or credits are offered.
Alan's Sales accepts returns on surplus NEW products, including NOS and USED fuses according to the following guidelines:

Permission from Alan's Sales must be obtained before any products are returned to it by Purchaser for any reason whatsoever. If products are returned without such permission, Purchaser authorizes Alan's Sales, in addition to such other remedies as it may have, to hold the returned products at Purchaser's sole risk and expense.

Special-ordered materials (out of stock items) are not subject to return.

Applicable copy of invoice or order number must accompany returned goods. To return a covered product it must be returned within 60 days of when you received it. First, get authorization to return product by contacting Alan's Sales at telephone number (530) 243-6454. You may also request authorization by email or postal mail; include your name, order number (found on email invoice) and all details of product name and model number if available. Explain why you want to return the product. When notification of authorization has been given to you, you may then return the item. Please do not return the item without this authorization. If using USPS carrier for return shipping, a delivery confirmation number must be aquired and if applicable be sure to get a certificate of mailing so you will receive proper credit in complying with this returns policy.

The returning product must not have been used after it leaves Alan's Sales warehouse and is in original packaging. Unless when it was used, it was found to be defective.
Alan's Sales will not accept any returned product if it was abused or used for a purpose it was not intended, whereby rendering it unusable. This includes all fuses. Returned fuses will be checked at Alan's Sales discretion for defective or blown fuse element. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES FOR:
1. BLOWN FUSES AS A RESULT OF SHORT-CIRCUIT, OVERLOAD, OR USED IN INAPPROPRIATE APPLICATIONS.
2. FUSES THAT HAVE BE OPENED INTO THE INTERIOR OF THE CARTRIDGE.
3. RENEWABLE FUSE ELEMENTS. However, renewable fuse cartridges are covered if they are found to be defective.

At its discretion, Alan's Sales will only make exchanges for defective products for the same or exact product being replaced and only if we have the same product and quantity in stock. Because the product being replaced is defective, we will ship free of charge to original destination.

There are no reimbursements or credits for any shipping costs unless item(s) are considered by Alan's Sales to be defective. In which case we will credit or refund the shipping costs as per the least expensive shipping method only.
